For your consideration, I have a 15 acre pecan orchard with horses and sheep in Molino, Fl.
I have an opening to board a horse in these beautiful pastures with lots of shade, green grass, a round pen, pond, and feeding stalls.
For $400/month you get grain daily, hay in the winter, rotated pasture all the time, wormer, and barefoot trims by my farrier all inclusive.
It is a horse heaven and we are close to the trails at Perdido river forest.
