The engine doesnt run, it will need to be towed.
Most tow truck guys will tow it for about $300 to 400 depending on distance.
Obviously a little rough but if hooked up to RV hookups, or kept in your yard, it can still be livable and you can generate rental income from it.
Improvements made:
-- Replaced all the broken windows,
-- boarded up & reinforced walls inside,
-- fixed leak in roof with new cool seal,
-- electric and running water, white gray and black tanks all work fine.
-- Comes with generator.
-- Window AC unit comes with it, ac unit is brand new.
