Free treadmill for parts (Pace)

Up for grabs is a Pro-Form XP 615 treadmill for parts or salvage.
The screen works, the incline function works, but the belt motor doesn’t run.
I troubleshot the MC-2100 Rev B circuit board, and replaced a blown IRFP250N MOSFET and two suspect 100 Ohm resistors, but that didn’t fix it.
I believe the motor is fine, but the control board must still have something wrong with it.
I’ve reached my point of not wanting to deal with it anymore.
Must pick up in Pace, near 5 Points.
