Free Manufactured Home, Must Remove From Site (Pensacola)

I purchased a home and lot and it came with a manufactured home on the property.
We just want to get rid of it, so we're willing to give it up for free but someone must remove it from the lot.
It needs a lot of work but was being lived in before we purchased the property it sits on.
Unfortunately, I do not know much about it, but it is available to go take a look at.
