Assist loan officers with administrative request and clerical duties.
Knowledge of loan documentation
Knowledge and ability to process and close TRID loan applications from start to finish.
Assist with the collection of documentation and processing of commercial/consumer loans- checklist, doc sheets, GEO codes, NAICS codes, etc.
Assist in production of documents on new, extensions / modifications and renewals of loans
Assist pre-closing/closing tasks
Organizing loans for customer signature and loan processing
Review loans for documentation errors before closing
Set up loan files, collect and review documents
Communicate effectively with customers, real estate agents, insurance agents, and attorneys related to loan – face to face interaction, written correspondence, telephone, as well as e-mail contact
Request title work from attorney’s
Request insurance from insurance agents
Addressing client issues – loan/account questions, account questions, researching and resolving problems identified by customers
Pull credit reports on customers if needed
Pull MS Secretary of State pages, flood certificates, car fax reports
Prepare loan payment tickets, wire transfers, account transfers
Prepare relationship summary on customers
Prepare file maintenance request on loans
Prepare credit corrections on loans
Work portfolios on an ongoing basis for insurance, documentation, compliance, and financial statements/tax returns exceptions
Print past due, exceptions, insurance exceptions and future maturity reports for officers
Prepare packages for Advisory Board meetings
Create new CIF’s for new customers in system if needed
Cross-selling bank products
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Notarizing documents

Education/Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices
Strength in organization & attentiveness
Familiarity with financial and lending practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work under pressure & meet critical deadlines
Expertise in customer service / ability to build rapport with clients
Work Experience:
Prior lending or related sales experienced preferred
Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data
Demonstrated experience making solid business decisions with available information
Physical Demands:
This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets.
This position may also require sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
