We are seeking an exceptional Property Manager to oversee the efficient operation and management of our apartment complexes.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, performance, and profitability of our properties.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates.

Compensation:
$65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple apartment complexes, ensuring they are well-maintained and comply with all regulations and codes.
Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and potential improvements.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner to ensure high tenant retention rates.
Market available units and conduct thorough tenant screening to attract and select qualified applicants.
Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and rental income, maximizing profitability and minimizing costs.
Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to ensure competitive pricing and marketing strategies.
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities, including tenant files, maintenance logs, and financial records.
Collaborate with the property management team and other stakeholders to develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in apartment management.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in property management software and computer skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex issues and find effective solutions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit properties as required.
