Retail Sales Associates are the cornerstone of the retail experience, serving as the face of the Blue Link Wireless and the AT&T brand.
You’ll be responsible for demonstrating the wide array of products, services, and entertainment options available to our customers, creating personalized solutions for every person that walks through the door! Full-time Retail Sales Associates earn ($12 per hour base rate plus commissions).
Full-Time Sales Associates can earn $45,000/year or more in their first year when minimum sales expectations and performance goals are met or exceeded.
Top full time Sales Associates have exceeded $65,000 in a year and some have been promoted to Store Leaders within that year as a result! Commissions are based on sales goals set for a given market.

AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities: Interacting with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers Understanding customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs Educating and engage customers through product demonstrations Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment Attaining monthly goals and objectives Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate.
Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures Submitting all transaction journals daily Assisting with inventory maintenance We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required.
Bilingual required.
Competitive and eager to learn! Sales Associates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives! Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.
