Position: Painter / Make Ready Technician

In addition to hourly pay, Maintenance Techs are eligible for monthly commissions!
Duties:
Painting of apartments preparing them for market ready status.
Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market-ready status.
Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
Successful applicants will have verifiable work experience in the painting and apartment industry.
In addition to the hourly pay rate, this position is eligible for monthly commissions, benefits, 401(k) with company match, discounted rent at a company-managed property, and more.
