*Job Requirements*
* Must have 2+ years’ experience as HVAC Service Technician
* Must be EPA Universal Certified
* Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
* Must have active cell phone with texting ability at all times
* Must be able to properly use company provided tablet
* Must be able to be trained and understand the use of company software and scheduling procedures
* Must be able to work occasional overtime, evenings, and weekend hours on rotating schedule
* Must be able to read and write in English
* Must be able to pass background check and drug test
* Must have valid FL driver’s license with a good driving record and insurance

*Physical Requirements:*
* Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
* Able to tolerate temperatures above 100 degrees for extended periods of time
* Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
* Able to easily get in and out of company vehicle and comfortably sit for extensive periods of travel time
*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Troubleshoot malfunctioning heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems to determine the cause of the malfunction
* Perform scheduled maintenance inspections, and adjust, clean and calibrate various systems to assure proper system operations
* Repair wiring and electronic components
* Replace expansion valves, compressors, motors, coil units and other component parts
* Check air distribution systems for proper velocity, volume, temperature, pressure, etc.
* Determine cause of and correct condensation problems
* Provide technical assistance with the design of HVAC systems including installations and modifications to existing systems as well as assist in new installation of systems
* Properly prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken, and recommended solutions
* Keep appointments and documentation for company vehicle maintenance
* Maintain a clean and organized job site
* Keep close records of truck stock use and replenishment
* Maintain respectful relationship with wholesalers, office staff/service management, Property Management companies, fellow employees and customers
* Respond promptly to emergency service requests when scheduled
* Promptly attend all training classes and morning meetings
* Provide accurate and timely reports of time cards
