Located on the 10th floor of the Phoenix II condominium in Orange Beach, this unit sleeps four, has a full kitchen and has a washer and dryer.
The Phoenix condominiums have a wide variety of amenities such as cable TV, free wifi, tennis courts, and more! Enjoy gulf dining, outlet malls or just a walk on the white sand beaches of Orange Beach! By booking directly with the owner, I can give you a great package deal for this (nearly) three-month stay.
The cost for the entire period will be $2,000 plus a $200 final housekeeping fee payable to the condo management company.
All utilities will be paid by the owner.
Note: No smoking or pets are allowed on property.
The condo unit is currently being remodeled and will be ready when you arrive in December.
