The ground floor features an outdoor shower, private bathroom, dining, additional seating, and parking for at least 6 vehicles.
Once on first floor, you will find a large master suite with King bed and bathroom with custom shower, including a balcony overlooking the Gulf; a bedroom with 2 Queen beds and bathroom with custom shower; another bedroom with Queen bed, which shares a large Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the entertainment den that has a queen sleeper sofa and TV; another master suite with King bed and bathroom with custom shower; and a stacked washer and dryer.
Upstairs on the second level, you will enjoy an open living/kitchen area with dining for 24; a covered porch overlooking the pool and unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico; a master suite with King bed and bathroom with custom shower; a family suite with a King bed, two bunks, and a bathroom; a laundry room including a second refrigerator; and a half bath.
On the third level, the children will fall in love with the large bunk room, including 6
bunks, a full bathroom, and a media room with an Xbox One.
